Xiaomi Launched Their New Device Called Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime In Indian Market

Early today Xiaomi launched their new device called Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime in Indian market at Vishakapatnam Andhra Pradesh. This event was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu along with the Xiaomi Vice President Hugo Barra. Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime is a Dual SIM handset supports 4G (Only One SIM) with Dual standby.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime comes with the latest version of MiUi v7 with Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.It comes with a display of 4.7 Inches with resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels along with screen protection glass. This handset powers with Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset Quad-Core CPU clocked at 1.2 GHz.



Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime has an internal memory of 16GB while its expandable slot is clubbed with 32GB and has an RAM of 2GB for great multitasking without any lag. Coming to the camera section its primary camera has 8 Mega Pixel with autofocus along with LED flashlight with 1.4 µm pixel size the primary camera can record full HD 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. While its secondary has 2 Mega Pixel camera with the recording capacity of 720p videos. Camera features like geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, HDR can be seen in this mobile. Other features like WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth v4.0, GLONASS, Beidou, sensors like Accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass are main assets of this mobile.

The price tag of Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime has announced as Rs.6,999 and can purchase through flipkart or amazon.
